発表申し込みには、参加登録番号が必要です。必ず参加登録後にお申込み下さい。

発表申込上の注意事項を良く読んでから以下のフォームで申込を行ってください。

プログラムや索引は発表申込時の入力内容から作成しますので、後日変更する必要が生じないよう十分ご注意下さい。

口頭（英語）で申込む場合には、タイトル、発表者名、所属は英語表記での記入をお願いします。

注意

  • 一般発表には、口頭発表（討論を含め２０分）またはポスター発表があります。
  • 発表申込の際に、講演概要のないものは全てポスター発表といたします。
  • 一般講演（口頭発表）は、博士課程学生・博士研究員・教職員については原則英語とします。修士課程の学生については、英語での発表を推奨しますが日本語での発表を選択することも可能です。
  • １研究室からの口頭発表数の上限を、日本語講演だけの場合は３件、英語講演を含む場合は４件とします。
  • 但し、これらに追加して、１研究室当たり外国人研究員、外国人学生の英語講演を１件まで受け付けます*。
  • なお、申込件数により発表形式の変更および異なる討論主題の会場での発表をお願いする場合があります。その点あらかじめご了承下さい。

The 74th Conference of Japan Society of Coordination Chemistry, September 18th (Wed)-September 20th (Fri), 2024.
The title of your abstract can be submitted through this site. Deadline: July 5th (Fri) EXTENDED! .
A registration ID is required to submit an abstract for your presentation. Please make sure to register before submitting your application.
Please carefully read the instructions before you submitting your abstract.
The conference program will be prepared based on the information submitted using this form. So, please carefully input your information.

Note

  • Regular presentations are classified into two types: oral presentation (20 min. including discussions) and poster presentation.
  • Depending on the total number of oral presentations, some of the abstracts for oral presentations may be transferred to poster presentations.
  • The maximum number of oral presentations from the same laboratory is 3 if all the presentations are in Japanese (4 if one or more talks are given in English).
  • However, we can accept up to one lecture in English by an overseas researcher or student in addition to the above.

Overall layout

  • The figure and caption will be inserted below the text. The width of the figure will be automatically adjusted to the column width (about 8.5 cm). Also, if the aspect ratio is not 2:1, it will be cropped.

Conditions for Applying the Poster Award.

  1. You must have the JSCC membership or the student membership of the JSCC.
  2. You must be either a student or a postdoctoral fellow. A research associates cannot apply for this award.
  3. The total number of applicants from the same group must not exceed 1.
  4. Previous recipients of the Poster Award cannot apply again.
  5. Previous recipients of the Student Lecture Award may apply for the Poster Award after two years in which they won the award. However, the research must not be the same.
  6. Previous recipients of the Student Lecture Award mentioned in 5 above will be screened the duplication of research. As soon as possible after submitting your application, please submit the following documents (a) and (b) together with your name, affiliation and presentation application ID number to the Secretariat of the BJSCC (sakutai@ims.ac.jp) by e-mail.
    • (a) Abstracts of presentations for which you have received the award.
    • (b) Reviews you have contributed to the BJSCC.
    If these documents are not submitted, the applicant will be considered ineligible.
  7. It is not possible to apply for both the Poster Award and the Student Lecture Award in the same year.

  7. Previous recipients of the Student Lecture Award mentioned in 5 or the Poster Award mentioned in 6 above will be screened the duplication of research.
